Certificate of Insurance (COI)

Last updated: October 25, 2022

By clicking the link at the bottom of the page, you may download our COI.

Please take note that the COI cannot be altered for any reason and must be used as-is. Check with your Client to see if the MyFavor COI is applicable as laws differ by building and city.

A Certificate of Insurance (COI) may be required by certain building managers before Favor Pal™ can conduct a work.

A COI is a document that details a certain insurance policy's coverage. The certificate attests to MyFavor's insurance and includes details on the coverage kinds and limitations, the insurance provider, the policy number, the names of the insured, and the policy's start and end dates. This policy only responds to claims made by one user of our technology against another user (for example, clients making a claim against a Favor Pal™ or vice versa); it may not apply if a user makes a claim against MyFavor.

According to the MyFavor Happiness Pledge, all claims are valid. Please direct your client to this website to read the MyFavor Happiness Pledge if they have any queries about what it covers.
